Brandul the urban ties a aparut ca o alternativa moderna a imaginii unui gentleman traditional, iar ca prim element distinctiv am ales folosirea literelor mici de tipar, un simbol al renuntarii la majuscule in era internetului. Culorile brandului sunt bleumarin si galben, dar cum toate cutiile si label-urile sunt tiparite letterpress pe o hartie speciala kraft, am decis ca fontul sa pastreze culoarea naturala a hartiei.
